Sign In Process

Signing in to the web portal is a two-step process.

1. From the Sign In screen, enter your User ID in the field provided and click Next.
2. From the Security Image and Password screen, verify that your security image and phrase are correct. Then enter your password in the field provided and click Next.

   If you enter an incorrect password or user ID, you will need to verify your identity using Verification Characters. Enter the characters in the field provided, then re-enter your password. Click Next to proceed.
