    The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal allows users to access claims and police reports through a single online portal.

    • Sign In

      Access the web portal through this link to begin the sign in process: .

      • First Time Access

        When you access the web portal for the first time, you must follow these steps.

      • PIN or Password

        You can choose from two different methods to sign in to the Technical Resources Portal. You can use a PIN (Personal Identification Number) with a Google Authenticator passcode or a password.

      • Sign In Process

        Signing in to the web portal is a two-step process.

      • User ID

        The User ID is a unique personal identifier for each individual user.

  • Account Settings

    The web portal allows for easy access to update or change your account settings.

  • Order History

    The Order History screen provides a consolidated list of all reports retained in the system, arranged in a grid format.

  • Print and Download

    The LexisNexis Claims and Police Records web portal offers print and download options directly from both the Order History and Results Summary pages for convenience.

  • Search Historical Orders

    The LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports web portal offers two distinct methods for searching, depending on your needs.

  • Data Elements with Police Record Insights

    To access to the LexisNexis Police Records Data Elements tab your account must be set up for receiving both the police report and the police report data elements.  Also, under the account only the Admin (IDS_ADMIN) and Super Admin (IDS_SUPR_ADMIN) will see this tab.  All other user roles will not see this tab even if the account is set up for data elements. 

  • Management Reports

    The following section details the management report types available via the LexisNexis Claims and Police Reports portal.

  • User Management

    The user management feature is only available to users that have been granted an administrator role.
