Carrier Discovery Reports
LexisNexis Carrier Discovery reports can be ordered using a VIN (vehicle identification number) or the subject's name and address.

The following sections of the report are returned with identical data, regardless of whether LexisNexis Carrier Discovery by VIN or Carrier Discovery by Name and Address was ordered.

Report date	Date the report was prepared
LexisNexis Ref. #	LexisNexis^® Risk Solutions assigned reference number
Ordered by	User ID that ordered the report
