Report Header Section

The Report Header section includes information that identifies your specific report.

Report Header Descriptions
Field Description
Claim number Claim number assigned to the order
Order Date Date that the order was placed
Order ID Unique identifier of the report submitted by the requestor
Account Number Requester's LexisNexis® Risk Solutions account number
Processing Status Current status of the report

Possible values:

  • Activity File Clear
  • Clear
  • Hit - Activity Found
  • Invalid Order
  • No Hit
  • Pending MVR
  • Soundex Reject
  • Unreturned MVR
Report Date Date and time that the order was completed
LexisNexis Ref. # Not currently used for LexisNexis® Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Ordered By User ID for person ordering the report
