Processing Characteristics

The Processing Characteristics section contains information about how the order was processed.

The following table describes the fields in the Processing Characteristics section:

Description

Processing Date

Date that the order was processed

Under some circumstances, the processing date may be earlier than the order date. In the previous example, the results source is Duplicate Order Check File, which means that the order was processed as the result of a previous order by a customer in the same line of business.

Order Date

Date that the order was placed

Processing Status

Processing status of the report

Possible values:

Clear
Hit - Activity Found
No Hit
Invalid Order
Pending MVR
Activity File Clear
Soundex Reject
Unreturned MVR

Processing Information

Includes information about the origin and source of the information in the report

Origin

The original source of the information in the report

Possible values: DMV

Source

The source for the current version of the report

Possible values: DMV
