Forgot Password

In the event you forget your password, the web portal offers a Forgot Password feature to assist you.

1. Click the Forgot Password link located on the second sign-in screen, below the Password field.
2. Enter the verification characters in the field provided and click Continue.
3. Enter the recovery email address you previously set up on the Account Settings screen.
   The email address appears partially masked for security reasons. You must re-enter the entire email address in the field provided.
4. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email address.
   The code expires within 10 minutes of being sent.
5. Enter the 6-digit numeric passcode in the field provided and click Continue to display the Change Password screen.
6. Enter and confirm your new password. When finished, click Save Password.
7. From the Confirmation Message window, click Login to return to the homepage. From the homepage, log back into your account using your new password.
