Action Menu

The action menu allows the user to perform user maintenance on the selected user ID. Options that are not available for the user ID will be grayed out.

Active User

The Action menu allows you to perform the following actions on an active user.

• Unlock - Unlock the user ID from too many failed password attempts.
• View - View the user profile. You can add or remove admin access or change account access from this screen.
• Edit User - Allows you to edit the user profile including contact information and access privileges. You can also disable the user or reset their password from this screen.
• Reset Password - Reset the password for the user ID
• Disable User - Used to disable a user ID. Enter a disable code from the drop down menu and add notes if needed before clicking Disable User.

Disabled User

The Action menu allows you to perform the following actions on a disabled user.

• View- View the user profile. You can add or remove admin access or change account access from this screen.
• Enable User - This option will bring you to Edit User screen where you can update the user details. Click Enable to update the user status to enabled.
