User List

The user list contains all portal user IDs.

Using the search function will narrow the list of users displayed based on the criteria that you provided.

User List Descriptions
Field Description
Expanding arrow Click the expanding arrow next to the user ID to display the following data for the selected user ID.
  • Portal Name
  • Role
  • Node ID
  • Customer Name and Number
Admin This field contains a check mark to indicate if the user is assigned an admin role
Full name Last, First
User ID User ID assigned
Email Email address
Last Login (MM/dd/yyyy)
Phone Phone number
Status User ID status:
  • Disabled
  • Active
Action Allows you to perform user maintenance based on action selected
