Detail Report
The Detail report allows you to search or download reports by all available search types.
The following search types are available in the Detail search.
- User
- This field allows you to search by a single, multiple, or all users. Click the check box next to a user in the drop down menu to add them to the search. To remove a user, click the X to the right of their
username. Click Clear to remove all users from the search.
If you have a basic user role, then you will be limited to searching with your User ID. If you have a supervisor role, this field will list all the users tied to the selected accounts with the option to select/unselect all. - Accounts
- This field allows you to search by single, multiple, or all account names. Click the check box next to an account in the drop down menu to add it to the search. To remove an account, click the X to the right of the account name. Click Clear to remove all accounts from the search.
- Report Types
- This field allows you to search by a single, multiple, or all report types. Click the check box next to a report type in the drop down menu to add it to the search. To remove a report type, click the X to the right of the report type. Click Clear to remove all report types from the search.
- Time Span Covered
- This required field allows you to search using Year to Date by default. Click Clear to select Last Month or Custom Dates.
The Custom Date To date cannot be in the future. The From date should always be a past date and should be the same or less than the To Date. The minimum from date cannot be less than Jan 1 of the previous year. - Saving and Subscribing
- This required field allows is used to name the report.
- Subscribe?
- This check box allows the user to subscribe to report which will be sent via email on a monthly basis.
You cannot subscribe to reports with a custom date. - Destination emails
- This field allows you to enter up to five email addresses that will receive the subscribed report via email.
- Clear
- This button will clear all selections in all form fields allowing you to create a new search.
- Save
- This button will save the search you created to your saved searches.
- Download
- This button will export the report results for your report to an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
